Reggaeton and música mexicana reigned supreme at the 2025 Billboard Latin Music Awards. Bad Bunny, Karol G, and Fuerza Regida led the night with the most awards, with Benito taking home 11 trophies Thursday night.
Along with distinctions for Artist of the Year and the Global 200 Latin Artist of the Year, Bad Bunny won three awards for his song "DTMF." Debí Tirar Más Fotos took home the Top Latin Album of the Year award, and Bad Bunny also took home the trophy for Top Latin Artist of the 21st Century.
Karol G dominated thanks to "Si Antes te Hubiera Conocido," which won for Global 200 Latin Song of the Year and Tropical Song of the Year. Karol also won the trophy for Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year, Female. Fuerza Regida, for their part, won Regional Mexican Artist of the Year, Duo or Group, and their song with Oscar Maydon, "Tu Boda," won Regional Mexican Song of the Year.
Laura Pausini was also honored with the Icon Award, Elvis Crespo was inducted into the Billboard Hall of Fame, and Peso Pluma took home the first-ever Billboard Vanguard Award.
Goyo, Javier Poza, and Elizabeth Gutiérrez hosted the big night at the James L. Knight Center in Miami, which streamed live on Telemundo and Peacock. The show featured performances from Ozuna, who did a medley that included "El Farsante" and "Liberal" with Beéle; Daddy Yankee, who played "Sonríele;" and Peso Pluma, who sang "Apaga la Luz."
