Joe Wicks have revealed he was left feeling 'dizzy' and 'fuzzy' after landing on his head in a bitter clash during this year's Celebrity Gladiators.
The special, which is set to air on BBC One on Christmas Day, will see Joe, 40, join Nicola Adams, 43, Vogue Williams, 40, and Sam Thompson, 33, as they take on the resident Gladiators.
During the duel, resident villain Viper was disqualified after smacking Joe in the head, leaving the star struggling to recover.
Recalling the incident he told The Sun: 'Viper hit me a second before the whistle, I got a full whack to the head and I couldn't recover. I got dizzy, everything flipped upside down'.
'He hit me again and I went over. To top it off, I landed on my head. I didn't want to look bad, but I could have laid there for a couple of minutes!'
Before the father-of-four added: 'My mum and boys were right there so I quickly got up, but I was fuzzy.'

Meanwhile Vogue showed off her abs of steel and toned arms as she took on the brutal monkey bars in a sneak peek at the upcoming appearance.
The Beeb have released some images, including ones of hosts Bradley, 65, and Barney Walsh, 28, alongside the players.
There are also some of Vogue - who recently took part in ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! - throwing herself into the action.
In one picture, the mum-of-three looked incredible as she put her arm muscles to the test on the monkey bars.
Vogue, who is a fitness fanatic, showed off her ripped abs, muscular arms and toned legs in a blue and white sports set.
In another picture, Vogue pulled a scary face at the camera as she held a pugil stick in her hands.
She then looked happier than ever as she smiled at the camera in her matching tracksuit.
Vogue was also snapped looking over the moon as she spoke to presenter Barney in the studio.

The Lorraine star and Sam are seen wearing a blue and black tracksuit, while Joe and Nicola are in red and black outfits.
The current series of Gladiators hit our screens in January 2024.
Gladiators originally aired in 1992 on ITV, which was then followed by another series in 2008.
Last year, hosts Bradley and Barney returned for a Christmas special involving some very famous faces.
It saw Rob Beckett, 39, Joel Dommett, 40, Louise Minchin, 57, and Ellie Taylor, 42, take on the iconic Gladiators in a number of challenges.
The reboot of Gladiators was a smash hit when it aired last year, and a celebrity spin-off was quickly commissioned, featuring comedians and gym-lovers.
Celebrity Gladiators airs on Christmas Day on BBC One and will be available to stream on iPlayer.
