Audiences are eager to discover the cast behind Netflix's Swapped, which is presently amongst the most-watched titles on the streaming service.
The new picture debuted on Friday, 1st May and has steadily emerged as a tremendous success for the platform. It's currently sitting at number two on Netflix's top 10 chart over a week following its launch.
Set on a tropical island inhabited by animal-plant hybrids, it centres on a land-dwelling creature who magically exchanges bodies with a majestic bird, compelling them to collaborate in order to survive an epic quest to return them to their original forms.
As increasingly more viewers stumble upon the charming animated escapade this weekend, numerous fans are curious about who lends their vocal talents to the vibrant cast of characters, reports the Mirror.
Swapped, helmed by the filmmaker responsible for Disney's Tangled, Nathan Greno, secured a remarkable lineup of talent to voice an extensive array of mammals, birds, and fish inhabiting the island.
The picture is fronted by Oscar-winning actor Michael B. Jordan as Ollie, an otter-like being known as a 'Pookoo'. Jordan is widely recognised for his portrayal of Adonis Creed in the Rocky Balboa spin-off trilogy, alongside the antagonistic Erik Killmonger in Ryan Coogler's Black Panther.
Jordan launched his career with appearances in acclaimed television series including The Wire and Friday Night Lights, and recently secured his first Oscar for playing the dual characters Smoke and Stack in Coogler's successful horror-thriller, Sinners.
Joining Jordan is British star Juno Temple, who voices Ivy, a green 'Javan' bird who body-swaps with Ollie. Temple rose to prominence through her portrayal of Keeley in Apple TV's beloved comedy-drama, Ted Lasso.
Her film credits also feature Disney's Maleficent, The Dark Knight Rises, and Venom: The Last Dance.
The primary ensemble further features 30 Rock icon Tracy Morgan voicing the fish Boogle, and Madagascar's Cedric the Entertainer as Caloo, Ollie's father.
Justina Machado, known from Six Feet Under and Queen of the South, brings Calli, Ollie's mother, to life, while Ambika Mod from This Is Going to Hurt and One Day voices Violet, Ivy's sister.
