Of the all the ways obsessive fans might interact with celebrities online, "eating your face every day" is pretty low on the list of potentialities. But monkeys typing every day will eventually produce Shakespeare and stans needing attention every day will eventually arrive at face eating. During The Hollywood Reporter Comedy Actor Roundtable, Chad Powers star Glen Powell described a woman with a unique TikTok presence. "There's a woman in London who has been printing out pictures of my face for the last 80 days and has eaten my face every day," he said. "Literally will eat my face until I give her a role in a movie." Telling his fellow actors about this, Powell came off a bit like a war veteran regaling his fellow servicemembers with a particularly harrowing story.
The woman who eats his face uses the handle @mynameismonique. Though she has yet to get a part in one of his movies, she stopped eating Powell after day 140, when she attended the Running Man premiere in November 2025 and ate a printout of his face in front of him. In the video she posted from the event, Powell is charming and lovely, telling her after she takes a bite of his face, "Now it's a premiere!" But now, as he describes it, behind the scenes he was a bit more frazzled. "I didn't know this was a thing until it was described to me while I was on the red carpet," he said. "They're like, 'Hey, the girl that eats your face is on the red carpet.' I go, 'What are you talking about?"'
Zach Braff was particularly horrified by the story. "How did she get red-carpet access?" he asked incredulously. "That's what I was like," Powell responded. "'Guys, come on, this is a real liability.'" Powell offered to show the boys the videos after the interview. "I want to see it," Braff confirmed. But does he want her to eat his face? Probably not.
